Vietnamese Lacquerware
Our Vietnamese lacquerware comes from the humble province of Binh duong, known for the excellence in craftsmanship of oriental lacquer products. Bamboo products include lacquer bowls and cups. The area is known for pretty girls and Asian lacquer that originally came from Chinese lacquerware techniques (many families come from recent Chinese descent). The bamboo designs have horizontal strips of bamboo art circling the bamboo lacquerware bowl, bound of course by layers upon layers of oriental lacquer finish. These bamboo centerpieces make great focal points in any room, though they also double as a great fruit bowl or as floral centerpieces.
